1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Turfvex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Turfvex online store, located at turfvex.myshopify.com (the "Site"), and all products, services, features, content, and applications offered by Turfvex (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, browsers, vendors, merchants, and any other individuals or entities who access or use the Site or Services.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not always precisely reflect the actual product due to photographic lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or other factors.

We reserve the right at any time, without prior notice, to: (a) modify, update, discontinue, or remove any product, service, content, or feature from the Site; (b) limit the quantity of any product available for purchase; (c) impose conditions or restrictions on the use of any product, service, or feature; and (d) refuse to provide any product or service to any person or entity for any reason. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, the actual color and appearance you see will depend on your computer monitor or device, and we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the product color or appearance.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Turfvex. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product or service availability; errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information; problems identified by our credit, fraud prevention, or security departments; suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; your failure to meet eligibility criteria; or your breach of these Terms.

You will receive an order confirmation email after you submit your order; however, this confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Turfvex reserves the right to contact you to confirm details of your order and to request additional information or verification prior to acceptance. Your order is accepted, and the contract of sale is formed, only when we ship the product(s) to you and send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

If we cancel an order after you have already been charged, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact our customer service team immediately at content@turfvex.shop or 2624762357. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.

5. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as practicable and give you the option to either: (a) purchase the product at the correct price; or (b) cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide. The sales tax amount displayed at checkout is an estimate; the final sales tax charged may differ if there are changes to your order or shipping address. You are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes. If you are exempt from sales tax, you must provide valid exemption documentation prior to order completion; otherwise, tax will be charged.

Turfvex is not responsible for any additional fees, duties, customs charges, or import taxes that may be imposed by your state or local jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any such additional charges.

6. Payment

Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods accepted on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided; (b) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; and (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, bank, or other payment provider.

We use third-party payment processors to process payments made through the Site. Your payment information is transmitted directly to our payment processor and is subject to the payment processor's privacy policy and terms of service. Turfvex does not store complete credit card information on our servers. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including the purchase price, applicable sales tax, and any shipping charges (if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, or if your payment method is declined or otherwise fails. You agree to promptly update your payment information if there are any changes to ensure successful order processing. If payment cannot be processed or charged for any reason, we will notify you and your order may be delayed or cancelled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within the United States is FREE for all orders—there are no shipping costs. Orders are generally processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days to eligible destinations within the United States after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery time estimates are approximations only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: shipping carrier delays; weather conditions; natural disasters; transportation disruptions; public holidays; incorrect or incomplete shipping address information; customs clearance procedures; local delivery restrictions; or other unforeseen circumstances. Turfvex is not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 8. Returns and Refunds

Turfvex offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Please note that there is no statutory "cooling-off" or mandatory withdrawal period for online purchases under United States federal law; our 30-day return window is a voluntary policy established by Turfvex to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the conditions and requirements set forth in our Return and Refund Policy. Generally, eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, provided the merchandise is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility as specified in our Return Policy.

Returns made without prior authorization may not be accepted. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective product). Turfvex and all related trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and trade dress are the proprietary marks of Turfvex or its affiliates, and may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

The Site and its Content are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and to view, download, and print Content solely for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any or no reason, including without limitation any violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers of Warranties

TURFVEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SITE OR SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
